JOIN THE CLUB

O'Toole's Beer Club is a new social component for La Gran Terraza that allows patrons to gather, enjoy and learn about food and beer in USD’s own O’Toole’s pub while receiving the benefits of a club membership.

HOW TO JOIN

  • Join the Club the next time you are at La Gran Terraza.

  • Membership may be paid for with Cash or Credit Card.

BENEFITS

  • A Member is assigned a number and given an engraved glass that will be stored in the Beer Club cabinet at O’Toole’s Pub.

  • A Member is given a personalized Club Card that is to be shown to the server in advance of ordering to obtain any Club Discounts or Specials.

  • $1 Discount on Draft Beers (on tap) with Member glass.

  • $2 Discount on Food during Club Mondays

    • Not redeemable during Happy Hour

  • 10% Discount on Beer Dinners and Tasting events.

  • Complimentary draft pitcher on member’s birthday.

  • Special Event invitations

  • Referral Rewards: if a Member refers someone and they become a Beer Club Member, they will receive 25% off one future Wine Dinner for themselves and a guest.

    • Discount not eligible on tip, tax, or bottles of wine.

​RULES

  • New member sign up is open year round.

  • One year membership cost: $25 

    • The club “Year” is defined as: August 1 - July 31

    • Note: O’Toole’s pub is typically open from late August through mid December and late January through mid May.

  • Renewal Fee: $25

  • Discounts may not be combined and are only applicable to the Member’s check.

  • Memberships are non-refundable.

  • Only one membership per person is allowed.

  • Glass can only be used by Member and cannot be sold or transferred.

    • Member’s glass cannot be used by friends or family, even if they have been given permission.

  • Membership mug needs to be stored in the club cabinet inside of O’Toole's

  • Members must be of age:

    • 21+ (USD Faculty or Staff)

    • 25+ (Non-USD customers)

  • Please make sure you carry your ID and Club Card with you.

ABOUT O'TOOLE'S PUB

In the evenings, choose from local, craft beers and an extensive wine list that features USD alumni-owned wineries. Enjoy our exclusive Torero Beers: Bold (IPA) and Blue (Blonde), brewed by Kensington Brewing Co., a local USD alumni-owned brewery.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • ​O'Toole's is 21+ in the evenings. 

  • Business casual attire is preferred in the Grand Dining Room.

  • Backpacks and oversized bags must be left in the cabinets outside the entrance.

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

  • Wine corkage fee is $15 per bottle.
