O'TOOLE'S WINE CLUB

ESTABLISHED 2023

O'Toole's Wine Club is a new social component for La Gran Terraza that allows patrons to gather, enjoy and learn about food and wine in USD’s own O’Toole’s Pub while receiving the benefits of club membership.

HOW TO JOIN

  • Join the Club the next time you are at O'Toole's Pub, or you may email terraza@sandiego.edu.

    • Membership may be paid for in-person with cash or a credit card.

BENEFITS

  • A Member is assigned a number and given an engraved glass that will be stored at O’Toole’s.

  • A Member is given a personalized Club Card that is to be shown to the server in advance of ordering to obtain any Club discounts or specials.

TIERS
RULES and INFORMATION
 

  • One year membership cost varies by Tier  

  • For 2023-24: The Club “Year” is defined as: August 1 - July 31

    • Club accepts new members year round

    • O'Toole's Pub is open from late August through mid-December and late January through mid-May

  • *Discounts may not be combined and are only applicable to the Member’s check

    • ​For Member guests to receive a discount they must be included on the Member’s check. Separate checks are not eligible for discounts.

  • At the Community Table, Champagne members may sit and enjoy our special event wine dinners with the Winery representative for an even more in depth evening of wine exploration. 

  • Champagne and Cabernet members may enjoy great deals on wine each month when they are given priority access to shop the O'Toole's Wine Library.

  • Memberships are non-refundable

  • Only one membership per person is allowed

  • Glass can only be used by Member and cannot be sold or transferred

    • Member’s glass cannot be used by friends or family

    • Membership glass is to be stored inside of O’Toole's and cannot leave the premises during the Membership year

    • If you do not renew your Membership at the end of the year, you may choose to  take the Club wine glass home 

  • Members must be of legal drinking age: 21+ (with Valid ID)

  • ​Please make sure you carry your ID and Club Card with you

    • Both cards will need to be presented when ordering to alert your server of your Membership status and discounts.

  • Wine Locker Rentals (limited availability): 

    • Wine Club Champagne Membership includes one Wine Locker

      • Corkage fee is waived for wine locker owners

      • Learn more about the wine lockers
